January 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s telecommunication services provider Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said it held 484,408 own shares as of January 22, representing 0.596418% of the company's issued share capital.
On January 20, it repurchased 2,497 own shares at 185 kuna ($27.6/24.9 euro) apiece, and a further 784 own units at the same price the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday.
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 1.09% higher at 186 kuna by 0935 CET on Thursday.
