May 22 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Friday it held 767,110 of its own shares as of May 22, representing 0.944489% of the company's issued share capital.
On May 20, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) repurchased 2,718 own shares at 166.2 kuna ($23.9/21.9 euro) apiece, and a further 88 units at 165.5 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded flat at 165.5 kuna by 1335 CET on Friday on the ZSE.
