October 2 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Wednesday it held 416,481 of its own shares as of October 2, representing 0.512784% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,610 of its shares at 167.7 kuna ($24.7/22.6 euro) apiece on September 30, and another 874 own shares on the following day at 168.5 kuna per share, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 168.5 kuna by 1135 CET on ZSE on Wednesday, down 0.3% from Tuesday's close.
