September 16 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Monday it held 405,506 of its own shares as of September 16, representing 0.499271% of the issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,024 of its shares at 160 kuna ($23.9/21.6 euro) apiece on September 12, and a further 666 shares at the same price a day later, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded up 0.63% at 161 kuna on the ZSE by 1303 CET on Monday.
