March 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 591,631 of its own shares as of March 18, representing 0.728434% of the company's issued share capital.
On March 16, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) repurchased 6,227 own shares at 145.7 kuna ($21.1/19.2 euro) apiece, and bought a further 7,720 shares at 152.35 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 0.96% lower at 155 kuna by 09:59 CET on Wednesday on the ZSE.
