February 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunication services provider Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 499,575 own shares as of February 5, representing 0.615092% of the company's issued share capital.
On February 3, it repurchased 239 own shares at 184.6 kuna ($27.3/24.8 euro) apiece, and further 895 own units at 184.5 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 1.08% higher at 187 kuna by 1456 CET on ZSE on Wednesday.
