January 13 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Monday it held 471,341 of its own shares as of January 13, representing 0.580330% of the company's issued share capital.
On January 9, the company repurchased 1,078 of its own shares at 179 kuna ($26.7/24.0 euro) apiece, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded up 0.28% higher at 182 kuna by 1054 CET on Monday on the ZSE.
