December 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian lender Hrvatska Postanska Banka [ZSE:HPB-R-A] said on Friday it will open on December 8 books on a planned subordinated, unsecured bond issue with a target value of 60 million euro ($74.2 million).
The books will close on December 10.
Hrvatska Postanska Banka said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse it plans to issue a total of 100,000 fixed-interest bonds, that should mature in 2020, with a coupon rate of 5.25%-5.75%.
The expected date of issue is December 12.
