December 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Hoteli Zlatni Rat, a member of tourism company Sunce Koncern, said on Thursday it has concluded a deal with local peer Velaris to lease its seaside resort in Supetar.
The resort spreads on an area of 52,000 sq m on the island of Brac, and includes four-star Hotel Amor, four-star villa complex Vela Luka and two three-star pavilions, Hoteli Zlatni Rat said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The lease deal was concluded for five years starting on January 1, 2018. In that period, Velaris is expected to earn 20.6 million kuna ($3.2 million/2.7 million euro) in revenue.
Sunce Koncern, founded in 2004, owns and operates a chain of hotels and resorts under the Bluesun brand in Dalmatia, Bol, Brela, Tucepi, Starigrad Paklenica, and Marija Bistrica.
