March 22 (SeeNews) - Croatia's financial services regulator, Hanfa, said it gave the green light to asset management companies Intercapital and SQ Capital to launch a sub-fund and a venture capital fund, respectivley.
An approval was granted to Intercapital to set up and manage InterCapital BET-TR UCITS ETF, an open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund in InterCapital Krovni UCITS ETF, an umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, Hanfa said in a statement last week.
The regulator also allowed SQ Capital to set up and manage SQ Venture alternative venture capital investment fund with private offering.
