July 28 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Croatia dropped by an annual 8.2% to 4,614 in the first half of this year, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, said.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes fell by 9.9% on the year to 3,843 vehicles in the January-June period, ACEA said in a statement on Wednesday, citing provisional data.
Registrations of new medium and heavy commercial vehicles of over 3.5 tonnes totalled 682, unchanged compared to the same period last year.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, fell by 20.3% year-on-year to 817,090 in the first six months of this year.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 11% lower at 116,981.
