March 2 (SeeNews) - Croatian coffee and snacks producer Franck said on Thursday its normalised EBITDA came in at 61.6 million kuna ($8.7 million/8.2 million euro) last year, down 37% on 2021 due to high prices of raw materials, packaging, energy and logistics.
Franck group achieved sales revenue of 812.1 million kuna in 2022, up 13% on the year, it said in a press release.
However, gross margin was 12.7 percentage points lower due to a significant rise in raw materials' prices, in particular raw coffee, which saw its price hit an eleven-year high, and other costs.
EBITDA margin was 7.6%, down by 6.1 percentage points.
