October 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Fortenova said it has put up for sale its 76.03% stake in office building Cibona Tower in the centre of the Croatian capital Zagreb, as part of its strategy to divest non-core companies and real estate.
The sale process is managed by global real estate consultants Colliers, Fortenova said in a statement on its website.

Fortenova owns 16 floors in the 21-floor building, or 5,905 square metres of office space and a total of 6,718 square metres.
The Cibona tower used to house the headquarters of the collapsed Croatian food-to-retail concern Agrokor, whose successor is Fortenova.
