October 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Fortenova, the successor to the collapsed food-to-retail concern Agrokor, said it is offering for sale its 76.03% ownership stake in Cibona Tower, one of the most recognizable office buildings in Zagreb, as part of its strategy to disinvest non-core businesses and real estate.
The management of the sale of this asset is entrusted to Colliers, global commercial real estate consultants, Fortenova said in a statement on Friday.
Fortenowa owns 16 of the 22 storeys of the building, in which it has 5,905 square metres of office space. With parking space added, it owns a total area of 6,718 square metres.
Cibona Tower was the headquarters building of Agrokor.
