ZAGREB (Croatia), September 14 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Fortenova Group, successor to the collapsed food-to-retail concern Agrokor, said on Tuesday it has completed the sale of local polyclinics Aviva to investment company Provectus Capital Partners.
With this transaction, Fortenova group completes the process of divesting units which are not part of its core businesses, Fortenova CEO Fabris Perusko said in a statement.
The company did not elaborate on the value of the deal.
The Aviva polyclinics has more than 80 employees. It services some 40,000 patients and has been existing for more than 40 years.
It is the third investment in a Croatian company by Zagreb-headquartered Provectus Capital Partners. It carried out the deal through Adriatic Structured Equity Fund.
