November 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s Erste&Steiermarkische Bank said on Monday the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) has approved its prospectus on the issue and listing of five-year corporate bonds on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The bond issue of up to 50 million euro ($59 million) will bear a fixed interest rate with coupon payments due semi-annually and will be issued through a public offering, Erste&Steiermarkische Bank said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The issue will be listed on the official market of the ZSE upon the approval of the bourse, the bank said.
