November 11 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) said on Monday that Croatia's financial agency Fina has purchased 463,106 of the ZSE's shares, representing 9.99% of its issued share capital.
Fina bought the shares via a block transaction on November 7, the Zagreb Stock Exchange said in a press release.
The block transaction was worth 7.6 million kuna ($1.1 million/1.0 million euro).
Local media reported that the package of shares was sold at a price of 16.50 kuna per share by the company Eunex C owned by Malaysian businessman Zong Xin Yeap.
