November 12 (SeeNews) - The stake of Varazdin-based Eunex-C in the capital of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) [ZSE:ZB] has fallen to 9.99% after the company sold half of its holdings to Croatia's financial agency Fina, the ZSE said on Tuesday.
Eunex-C has informed the ZSE that its stake has dropped below the 10% threshold after it sold 463,106 regular ZSE shares in a block transaction on November 7, the bourse said in a statement.

Following the block deal, Eunex-C remains owner of an equal number of 463,106 shares of the issuer, the ZSE said.
As of November 12, Fina also controls 9.99%, which makes it and Eunex-C the two largest single shareholders in ZSE, bourse data showed.
The November 7 block transaction was worth 7.6 million kuna ($1.1 million/1.0 million euro).
According to earlier media reports, Eunex-C is owned by Malaysian businessman Zong Xin Yeap.
