November 21 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s Erste&Steiermarkische Bank invited interested investors on Tuesday to subscribe to its issue of five-year bonds in the total nominal amount of up to 50 million euro ($58.7 million).
The unsubordinated and unsecured bonds shall be issued on November 30, 2017, with their maturity date falling on November 30, 2022, Erste & Steiermarkische said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The minimum number of bonds that an investor can subscribe to is 5,000.
The issue price will be set equal to the nominal value of the bonds. They will bear a fixed interest rate of 1.8125% per annum, payable on a semi-annual basis, while the principal shall be repaid upon maturity.
