September 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian blue-chip ICT solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] said on Thursday it is holding 5,736 own shares representing 0.43% of the company's issued share capital, after disposing of 4,615 shares, or 0.35% of capital earlier this week.
The purpose of the disposal is distribution of shares to employees under the company's award programmes, Ericsson Nikola Tesla said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
The company's equity capital of 133.165 million kuna ($18.8 million/17.7 million euro) is divided into 1,331,650 ordinary shares with a face value of 100 kuna each.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla's shares traded at 203 euro on the Zagreb Stock Exchange intraday on Thursday, down 0.49%.
