February 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's largest dairy products maker Dukat [ZSE:LURA] said on Thursday its shareholders approved a squeeze-out proposal submitted by its majority owner, Belgium-based B.S.A. International (BSAI).
The majority of Dukat's shareholders voted in favour of the squeeze-out in which BSAI will pay 928 kuna ($147/122.6 euro) per share, Dukat said in a statement.

BSAI, a unit of French multinational dairy products corporation Lactalis, proposed to launch a squeeze-out at Dukat in November.
As of February 18, BSAI owned 95.33% of Dukat, Zagreb Stock Exchange data showed.
Dukat's shares last traded on February 12, closing flat at 910 kuna on the ZSE.
