February 6 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified group Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] said on Tuesday one of its units has signed a 10 million kuna ($1.7 million/1.3 million euro) deal with the country's defence ministry.
Under the contract, Djuro Djakovic Specijalna Vozila will perform a general check-up of M-84 battle tanks of the country's armed forces, Djuro Djakovic said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Djuro Djakovic Specijalna Vozila specialises in the production of special and rail vehicles, such as battle tanks, wheeled armoured vehicles, freight and tanker wagons and engineering machines.
The main lines of business of the Djuro Djakovic conglomerate are the manufacturing of equipment for steelworks, industrial and power plants and the production of rolling stock and special-purpose motor vehicles.
