May 3 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Djuro Djakovic Group [ZSE:DDJH-R-A] said on Wednesday that one of its units has signed a 15 million kuna ($2.2 million/2 million euro) deal with a Swiss company for the delivery of an anaerobic digestion fermenter.
Djuro Djakovic Industrijska Rjesenja will deliver the product to Italy, to be used in the construction of the biggest plant for organic waste processing in Europe, its parent company said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.

The plant's annual capacity will be 100,000 t of organic waste, which will be processed into biogas and high-quality compost.
Djuro Djakovic provided no further details.
