February 25 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) fell on Tuesday, as diversified holding company Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] led the blue-chip losers, ZSE data showed.
Djuro Djakovic's shares shed 19.82% to 3.56 kuna on Tuesday.
Telecommunication services provider Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] paced the blue-chip gainers, as its shares rose 8.59% to 6.95 kuna.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] recorded the highest turnover among the blue chips on Tuesday, of 9.3 million kuna. The company's shares closed 1.41% lower at 174.5 kuna.
Tourism company Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] boosted Tuesday's total trading turnover by 7.4 million kuna. The company's shares traded 2.9% lower at 33.50 kuna.
On Tuesday, ZSE's total trading turnover fell to 45.9 million kuna ($6.7 million/6.2 million euro) from 56.3 million kuna on Monday.
The ZSE's 25-share benchmark CROBEX index lost a further 1.37% to 1,896.02 after dropping 4.91% on Monday.
The narrower of ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, shed 1.34% to 1,134.26 after losing 4.31% on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index added 0.05% to 115.5405.
