October 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified holding company Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] said on Friday it is extending by two working days the subscription of shares in a capital increase procedure.
Interested investors will be able to subscribe for the company's shares on October 23 and 24, Djuro Djakovic said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
Earlier this month, Djuro Djakovic invited interested investors to subscribe for up to 12,500,000 company shares, with a nominal value of 20 kuna each ($3.1/2.7 euro), between October 9 and 20.
The company plans to raise its capital by 250 million kuna to 453.06 million kuna.
The capital hike will be considered successful if all 12,500,000 shares are subscribed for in the defined period, Djuro Djakovic said earlier.
Priority rights of existing shareholders will be completely excluded in the course of the subscription.
Last month, Djuro Djakovic successfully increased its capital by 51.13 million kuna to 203.06 million kuna. Investors subscribed for 2,556,546 new ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 20 kuna each, under a capital hike call launched in July.
