May 12 (SeeNews) - Croatian power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV] said on Thursday it will propose to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution for 2021.
Dalekovod's net profit of 11.4 million kuna ($1.6 million/1.5 million euro) for last year will be used to cover losses from previous years, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 30.
Last year, they decided to cover the company's net loss of 10 million kuna for 2020 from the company's future profit.
Dalekovod's shares traded flat at 32.80 kuna intraday on Thursday on the Zagreb bourse.
