July 18 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose on Thursday, as power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV] paced the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Dalekovod's shares closed 11.67% higher at 5.74 kuna.
Telecommunication services provider Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] led the blue-chip losers, erasing part of Wednesday's gains as its share price fell 1.79% to 5.50 kuna. Optima Telekom's share price rose most among the blue-chip stocks on Wednesday, by 2.75% to 5.60 kuna.
Food producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] generated the highest trading turnover among the blue-chip companies on Thursday, of 421,608 kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover rose to 3.7 million kuna ($561,821/500,786 euro), from 2.9 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark index CROBEX grew by 0.70% to 1,903.43 on Thursdayafter losing 0.57% in the previous trading session.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased by 0.52% to 1,104.98 after dropping 0.56% on Wednesday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed flat at 115.7800.
