March 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian fish farming and processing company Cromaris appointed Ivan Leko as president of the management board, the company's owner, diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS], said on Thursday.
Leko is replacing Goran Markulin, who will continue to work at Adris as consultant to the newly-elected management board of Cromaris, Adris said in a bourse filing.
The new management board also includes Dane Desnica and Giuseppe Virzi.
Leko was the director for business improvement, focusing on real estate management and development projects, at Adris since June.
