March 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian wholesaler and retailer of petroleum products Crodux Derivati Dva has launched a buyout bid for the 66.05% stake it does not yet own in local diversified holding company Tankerkomerc, Tankerkomerc said on Friday.
Crodux Derivati Dva is offering to pay 130.0 kuna ($21.5/17.5 euro) per share for the 22,576 shares it does not own in Tankerkomerc, the latter said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Crodux Derivati Dva is obliged to launch the buyout bid after on January 19 it raised its stake in Tankerkomerc to 33.95% from 23.08%.
The takeover offer is valid for 28 days.
Crodux Derivati Dva was formerly known as OMV Hrvatska and was part of Austria's OMV group. In 2013 it was taken over by Crodux Plin Group.
