September 3 (SeeNews) - Croatian technical consumer goods retailer Brodomerkur [ZSE:BDMR] said on Tuesday it has sold an unspecified amount of debt owed to it by local company P.S. IMMO.
The value of the transaction is 6.0 million euro ($6.6 million) paid in Croatian kuna, Brodomerkur said in a statement with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) without naming the buyer.
The deal was in line with a decision taken by the shareholders of Brodomerkur in January 2019.
Zadar-based P.S. IMMO is active in real estate services and trading. It has developed the luxury tourism complex Punta Skala IMMO Exclusive Petrcane on the Adriatic coast near Zadar.
Brodomerkur swung to a consolidated loss of 8.7 million kuna ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro) last year from a 32.3 million kuna profit in 2017.
Its shares last traded on the ZSE on December 21, 2018, when they dropped by 13.79% to 300 kuna.
