March 29 (SeeNews) - Croatian fund manager Global Invest, which runs closed-end investment fond Breza [ZSE:BRIN], said it will propose to its shareholders to pay a dividend of 0.45 euro per share for last year.
A total of 227,700 euro will be paid out as dividend from the fund’s retained profit for 2017 and 2018, Global Invest said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday.
The fund’s net profit of 34,567 euro for 2022 will be retained.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on May 9. Ex-dividend date is May 15, record date is May 16 and payment date is May 31.
The fund paid last year a dividend of 3.25 kuna ($0.47/0.43 euro) per share, or overall 1.6 million kuna from its retained profits for 2015, 2016 and 2017, and retained its profit of 52,516 kuna reported for 2021.
Breza's shares last traded on February 27 when they closed 5.88% lower at 8 euro, Zagreb bourse data showed.
