ZAGREB (Croatia), May 23 (SeeNews) - Croatian closed-end investment fond Breza [ZSE:BRIN] said it shareholders decided on Monday to distribute a dividend of 3.25 kuna ($0.46/0.43 euro) per share this year, up from 3.00 kuna paid out last year.

Ex-dividend day is May 27, record day is May 31, and payment date is June 15, Breza said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Overall, the company will distribute as dividend 1.6 million kuna from its retained profits for 2015, 2016 and 2017, while its profit of 52,516 kuna reported for 2021 will be retained.

Last year, Breza paid out 1.01 million kuna in dividend from its retained profits for 2014 and 2015.

Breza's shares last traded on Friday when they closed 13.33% lower at 52 kuna, Zagreb bourse data showed.
