May 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian crop research company BC Institut [ZSE:BCIN] will propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 1.35 euro per share out of its retained profit for 2007, it said on Friday.
The company’s net profit of 5.9 million kuna reported for 2022 will be retained, BG Institut said in an announcement of its annual shareholders’ meeting to be held on June 20.
Record date is June 10.
Last year, the company paid out a dividend of 8.9 kuna ($1.30/1.18 euro) per share, also from its retained profit for 2007.
BC Institut's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on May 3, closing 2.63% higher at 39 euro.
