September 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia's average net monthly wage totalled 1,141 euro ($1,220) in July, up 5.7% on the year in real terms, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday.
In June, the average net monthly salary was 4.5% higher year-on-year in real terms.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly wage in July was 1.0% lower in real terms, after it rose 0.6% in June, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
The average gross monthly salary amounted to 1,580 euro in July, up by a real 7.6% year-on-year and lower by 0.8% on the month.
Croatia's average net monthly wage totalled 1,013 euro last year, down by a real 3.1% year-on-year.
