October 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia's average net monthly wage grew by a real 2.7% year-on-year in August, after rising by 1.9% in July, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly wage rose by a real 0.8% to 7,118 kuna ($1,100/948 euro), after a decline by a real 2.0% in July, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
The highest average net monthly wage in August, of 11,140 kuna, was paid out in manufacturing of coke and refined petroleum products.
Croatia's average net monthly wage amounted to 6,763 kuna in 2020, up by a real 2.6% year-on-year.
