May 19 (SeeNews) - Croatia's average net monthly wage totalled 1,130 ($1,220) euro in March, up 1.1% on the year in real terms, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
In February, the average net monthly salary was 0.2% lower year-on-year in real terms.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly wage in March was 1.3% higher in real terms, after it rose 0.9% in January, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
The average gross monthly salary amounted to 1,556 euro in March, up by a real 2.5% year-on-year and higher by 1.3% on the month.
Croatia's average net monthly wage totalled 1,013 euro last year, down by a real 3.1% year-on-year.
