June 21 (SeeNews) - Croatia's average net monthly wage totalled 7,547 kuna ($1,062/1,004 euro) in April, down 2.6% year-on-year in real terms, the country's statistical office said on Tuesday.
In March, the average net monthly salary was 0.7% lower on the year in real terms.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly wage in April fell 3.3% in real terms, after it stagnated in March, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
The average gross monthly salary amounted to 10,245 kuna in April, down by a real 3.3% month-on-month and lower by 1.7% on the year.
Croatia's average net monthly wage totalled 7,129 kuna last year, up by a real 2.7% year-on-year.
