ZAGREB (Croatia), June 29 (SeeNews) - Croatian motor vehicle dealer Auto Hrvatska [ZSE:AUHR] said it purchased 2,070 own shares on Tuesday, representing a stake of 0.35% of the company's capital.

Following the transaction, Auto Hrvatska holds 31,700 of its own shares, representing 5.28% interest, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The company's shares last traded on the ZSE on June 4, closing flat at 870 kuna ($138.3/116.1 euro) apiece, in a turnover of some 12,000 kuna, bourse data showed
