May 12 (SeeNews) - Croatian motor vehicle dealer Auto Hrvatska [ZSE:AUHR] said on Wednesday that its CEO Velimir Marovic disposed of 100 shares in the company in an off-market transaction.
Marovic sold the shares at a price of 850 kuna ($137/112.9 euro) apiece, Auto Hrvatska said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The transaction took place on May 10, the filing read.
Auto Hrvatska's share capital of 60 million kuna is divided into 600,000 shares with a par value of 100 kuna.
Marovic is not among the ten largest shareholders in Auto Hrvatska, according to bourse data on May 12.
Auto Hrvatska's shares closed 8.4% lower at 815 kuna on Tuesday on the ZSE. They did not trade by 1450 CET on Wednesday.
