ZAGREB (Croatia), July 16 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose on Tuesday, as shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] paced the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Atlantska's shares closed 2.49% higher at 411 kuna.
Telecommunication services provider Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] led the blue-chip losers, as its share price fell 0.91% to 5.45 kuna.
Tourism company Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the highest trading turnover among the blue-chip companies on Tuesday - of 638,031 kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover fell to 4.1 million kuna ($622,400/554,800 euro), from 7.4 million kuna on Monday.
The 25-share benchmark index CROBEX rose by 0.52% to 1,901.20 after falling 0.03% in the previous trading session.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased by 0.51% to 1,105.51 after dropping 0.33% on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index lost 0.08% to 115.6431.
