September 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping firm Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] has invited investors to subscribe to up to 697,750 new shares from September 28 to October 11.
The company has established a success threshold of 348,875 shares for the issue, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse published on Tuesday after the end of the trading session.
Last week, the company said it plans to use up to 41.9 million euros ($44.2 million) raised from the share issue for fleet upgrades and potential acquisitions.
According to a decision by the company’s shareholders approved on June 27, only shareholders on record as of July 28 will be eligible to subscribe to shares from the new issue. The new shares will be priced in a range from 53.50 euro to 60 euro apiece.
The new issue will consist of ordinary shares registered in the name of the owner, without a nominal value.
The company's equity capital of 55.6 million euro is divided into 1,395,520 shares without a nominal value.
Atlantska Plovidba’s shares traded 1.18% higher at 51.40 euro intraday on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse.
