September 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] said on Wednesday that the financial services regulator, Hanfa, has approved its prospectus for a new share issue.
The new issue will consist of up to 697,760 new ordinary shares registered in the name of the owner, without a nominal value, according to Hanfa’s decision sent by Atlantska Plovidba to the Zagreb bourse.
Atlantska Plovidba did not disclose further details and the purpose of the planned share issue.
The company's equity capital of 55.6 million euro ($59.5 million) is divided into 1,395,520 shares without a nominal value.
Atlantska Plovidba’s shares traded flat at 52 euro intraday on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse.
