April 17 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] held 7,094 of its own shares as of Wednesday, representing 0.21% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On April 15, the company bought 7,000 of its own shares at a price of 1,169.70 kuna ($182/160.9 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Atlantic has been buying back its own shares under a reward programme for the employees and management, and pursuant to the company's awarding policies in accordance with its Optional Award programme.
