ZAGREB (Croatia), May 16 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR-R-A] said on Thursday it plans to pay out a dividend of 32 kuna ($4.8/4.3 euro) per share, up from 20 kuna per share distributed last year.

The company will distribute as dividend 106.6 million kuna from a portion of retained earnings from 2003, 2004, 2015 and 2017, as well as from its 2018 net profit, Atlantic Grupa said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The company closed 2018 with a net profit of 243.9 million kuna. The remainder of its net profit will be retained.

Atlantic Grupa's general assembly will vote on the dividend proposal on June 27.

The group is a regional distributor of fast-moving consumer goods and a producer of functional foods and supplements. It also owns a pharmacy chain in Croatia.
