May 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian blue-chip distributor of fast-moving consumer goods Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] said on Wednesday that it opened a 12 million euro ($13 million) distribution centre in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.
The centre was built and equipped in 18 months in partnership with local company Viciski, Atlantic Grupa said in a press release.
It is located in the industrial zone of Ilinden near Skopje and has a warehousing capacity of 10,000 pallet spaces, with an option for expansion.
In 2007, Atlantic Grupa acquired Macedonian distribution company Viciski Komerc for an undisclosed sum.
Atlantic’s shares traded flat at 50 euro on the Zagreb bourse intraday on Wedensday.
