December 13 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR-R-A] said it reduced its own shareholding to 0.003% from 0.024% as part of its policy for the remuneration of management and employees through shares.
On December 10, the company transferred 578 shares, or a 0.017% stake of its capital, to employees, Atlantic Grupa said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Moreover, board members Nevena Vrankovic and Zoran Stankovic received 76 and 71 Atlantic Grupa shares, respectively, as part of the remuneration scheme, the company said.
After the completion of the transfers, Atlantic Grupa owns 94 own shares with a nominal value of 3,760 kuna apiece, it added.
Atlantic Grupa is a regional distributor of fast-moving consumer goods and a producer of functional foods and supplements. It also owns a pharmacy chain in Croatia.
