December 3 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Arena Hospitality [ZSE:ARNT] said on Friday that it has completed the purchase of a hotel in Austria, Franz Ferdinand Mountain Resort Nassfeld.
“The Group plans to operate the hotel for the winter season 2021/2022. Through this acquisition, the Group adds its first winter resort, which complements its existing summer leisure business in Croatia,” Arena said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

In September, Arena signed an agreement to buy the four-star mountain hotel in Austria's Carinthia for 112 million kuna ($16.8 million/14.9 million euro) from K1 Hotelerrichtungs, part of Austrian real estate and investment company MID Holding group.
Arena's shares last traded at 300 kuna on the ZSE on Thursday, when they closed 0.66% lower compared to the previous closing price.
