August 8 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] has further increased its treasury stock, and as of August 8 held 10,280 of its own shares, representing 0.200440% of the issued capital, the company said on Thursday.
Arena bought back 32 own shares at 380 kuna ($57.7/51.5 euro) apiece on August 7, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
No shares of Arena Hospitality Group traded by 09:35 CET on Thursday on the ZSE. The stock closed at 374 kuna, down 1.58% on Wednesday.
The company said last week its net loss narrowed to 8.8 million kuna in the first half of 2019, from 20.8 million kuna in the like period of last year.
Arena Hospitality Group comprises seven hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes, eight campsites and many food and beverage outlets. It owns, co-owns, leases or manages 15 hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes and eight campsites.
