October 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] said on Wednesday it has bought back 2,000 of its own shares at 370 kuna ($55.3/49.7 euro) apiece on October 22.
Following the transaction, the company held 17,036 of its own shares representing 0.332169% of the issued share capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The group's shares traded flat at 370 kuna by 1021 CET on Wednesday on ZSE.
Arena Hospitality Group comprises seven hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes, eight campsites and many food and beverage outlets. It owns, co-owns, leases or manages 15 hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes and eight campsites.
