August 17 (SeeNews) - Croatia's ailing concern Agrokor is set to launch the sale of a luxury seaside villa as it continues to divest assets held by the concern's owner Ivica Todoric, local media reported.
Villa Castello, located in Istria, was built in 1916 in the neoclassicism style, news portal Index.hr reported on Wednesday.

In June, Agrokor said it has identified an initial list of 267 properties, including major development sites, residential, commercial, office and industrial properties, land, and moveable assets, which are not necessary for the concern's business operations.
Earlier this month, Agrokor said it has received 15 statements expressing interest in the purchase of Todoric's yacht and 12 expressions of interest in the purchase of his helicopter.
The asking price for the yacht was set at 1.4 million euro ($1.6 million).
Croatian media reported earlier this week that Todoric is preparing to sue the government over damages he has allegedly suffered due to a law which enabled the authorities to take over the management of the concern for 15 months.
